Refunds
Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
The item was purchased directly from Ayur Himalaya.
You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
The item is in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
Timeframe: You have 7 calendar days to request a refund from the date you received your item.
Refund Process: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Shipping: Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Returns
Eligibility: Our return policy lasts 10 calendar days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging without seal broken.
